Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Technical Records to support the management, audit, and delivery of aircraft engine technical records throughout the asset lifecycle. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of maintenance records supporting engine acquisitions, overhauls, leasing activities, and asset sales while working closely with customers, regulators, MRO providers, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform detailed audits of aircraft engine technical records to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, customer, and company requirements.
• Conduct baseline record reviews supporting engine, module, and component acquisitions, consignments, overhauls, and sales transactions.
• Manage open item lists, track record discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver complete technical records packages for leased and sold assets, including supporting documentation and marketing records packages.
• Research and resolve missing documentation, traceability gaps, and historical record discrepancies through coordination with airlines, lessors, MRO providers, and prior asset owners.
• Maintain accurate and organized information within records management systems, ensuring data integrity and document traceability.
• Support the review and validation of life-limited part (LLP) traceability records and critical component documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, regulatory representatives, and internal teams to address records inquiries, findings, and compliance requirements.
• Organize large volumes of technical documentation into logical and auditable record structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve records processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field, or FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in aviation technical records within an airline, MRO, aftermarket parts, leasing, or aviation services environment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft engine technical records and maintenance documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of back-to-birth traceability requirements for life-limited parts (LLPs) and other regulated components.
• Familiarity with aviation maintenance documentation, including 8130s, NIS, BTB, DFP, and related records.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations, EASA requirements, maintenance practices, and quality system standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic records management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
• 5+ years of experience in aviation technical records.
• Experience supporting airline, leasing, engine trading, or aviation asset management organizations.
• Experience preparing records packages for engine, module, and component transactions.
• Familiarity with Quantum or other aviation maintenance and records management systems.
• Strong understanding of engine maintenance, overhaul, leasing, and aftermarket operations.
• Experience driving process improvements within technical records or compliance functions.
• Established industry network with airlines, MRO providers, lessors, and aviation service organizations.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
