Job Title: HR People Operations Advisory Representative
Location: Chandler, AZ
Employment: Contract (8 months)
Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing
Compensation: $25.92- $28.52/hr. with two years of HR services experience
Schedule: 40 hours /week
What You'll Do:
- Manage employee inquiries, onboarding activities, and employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective resolution of queries while supporting high-quality service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members on HR processes, systems, daily operations, and troubleshooting. Provide operational guidance and represent the Team Lead in team meetings when required.
- Identify operational challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce recurring queries, and improve the employee experience.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, analyze operational data, prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, and take proactive action to address performance gaps and achieve targets.
- Act as a first point of contact for escalated customer queries, coordinate priorities across departments, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to complex projects and improvement initiatives.
