What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability Support PLC troubleshooting, robotics maintenance, and production equipment repairs Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting tasks as needed Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts Support equipment upgrades, maintenance projects, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment maintenance Ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Vacuum furnace maintenance experience is a plus Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork Why Join Us?
