Patent Prosecution Patent Agent - Chemistry, Chemical Engineering - Multiple Offices

Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution, a chemical engineering or chemistry degree (advanced degrees and/or work experience prior to USPTO exam strongly preferred), and USPTO membership. Candidates should have a strong chemistry background and 1 or more years of experience.

Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.

The national average salary range for this Patent Agent role is $110,000-$170,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
