About Us What's Currently Happening at Maricopa Job Summary This is a key role in the dual enrollment department which has nearly 10,000 students and over 50 partnering high schools. Employee will work with director, site coordinators, and success coaches in supporting the admissions and enrollment of dual enrollment students. Admission and registration of students is primarily in-person with partnering high schools located across the valley during the school day. School hours run from 7- 4 pm and require travel time. Some phone or hybrid work could be available. Essential Functions 90% - Provides admissions and enrollment support of dual enrollment students (high school students taking college courses) utilizing the Student Information System 10% - Other Early College support activities as assigned, which may include outreach and customer service provided to students by text, phone, or email. Minimum Qualifications A. One (1) or more years working in secondary or higher education B. Demonstrated experience working with students C. Customer service experience with use of technology Desired Qualifications A. Experience using a student information system to complete processes Special Working Conditions Maybe required to travel and work at high school partner locations and work for long periods of time on a laptop computer.
