Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager specializing in client-facing applications within the Wealth Management or Banking sector. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and enhancement of our client-facing digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The position requires onsite presence in downtown St. Louis for 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for client-facing applications, aligning with business goals and market demands in Wealth Management or Banking.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.

  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Wealth Management or Banking industry, applying insights to product strategy.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities.

  • Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback and feature requests, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of client-facing applications. Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on client-facing applications in the Wealth Management or Banking industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products or platforms, preferably within a financial services context.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite in downtown St. Louis for 3 days a week, with flexibility for remote work as needed.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
