  • Seasonal: This position is available from Mid-November to Late March, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who love the outdoors and have a passion for exceptional guest service. Job Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Checks & Guest Assistance: Verify tickets, assist guests on and off lifts, and ensure they have proper safety equipment. Provide information and answer questions with a friendly attitude.
  • Safety & Operation: Monitor guests during loading/unloading, operate lift controls, and test safety switches. Report any issues to lift mechanics and assist with daily equipment checks.
  • Tube Area Maintenance: Keep lift and surrounding areas clean, clear snow from ramps, and ensure an orderly environment. Handle ticketing and pass checks politely and look for counterfeit tickets.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a positive attitude, help with lift use, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Log daily actions, monitor machinery, and report unusual weather or conditions. Assist with maintenance and collect trash as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support overall lift operations.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
