The Electrical Systems Engineering Consultant is responsible for providing his expertise to customers in Electrical Schematics and Wire Harness Process best practices, methodologies, and application of our solutions, to support sales engagements and secure the adoption and successful go-live

We are looking for an Electrical Systems Engineering Consultant who will contribute to executing the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, especially the Value Commitment and Value Delivery phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews.

This position can be in Dallas, TX



  • Understand customer challenges and expectations in Electrical Engineering, Wire Harness, Model Based Systems Engineering, and Requirements Engineering, for their product development
  • Provide technical expertise and deliver Virtual Twin Electrical Solutions, primarily in the Aerospace and Defense industries, to support customer business transformations, in the USA, and also World Wide
  • Contribute to proof of value with customer projects, processes, data, and solution implementation according to the sales and services phases, with our customers and partners
  • Deliver training to clients for electrical schematics, wire harness methodologies, modeling languages and representations, CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE solutions
  • Publish, Present, and Participate in engineering events, industry events, and Dassault Systemes events, such as COE, MBSE Cyber Systems Symposium,
  • Become a thrust advisor to customers through consultancy and technical expertise with leading-edge processes and solutions
  • closely collaborates with the DS internal ecosystem
  • maintains best-in-class level of expertise, and expands with Dassault Systemes from Electrical Engineering to Model-Based Systems Engineering, System of Systems

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Master's degree, Engineering degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics Engineering

* Must know Electrical Engineering, Electrical Schematics, Wire Harness processes

* Must have Aerospace and Defense practice, and Automotive can be considered

* Experience with Electrical Schematics, ECAD 2D, 3D Wire Harness, 3DEXPERIENCE (or equivalent, CAPITAL, MENTOR, ZUKEN) software solutions

* Development of processes, methodologies, and best practices for Electrical Systems Engineering solutions

* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience is required

* Knowledge in usage of collaborative platforms, product life cycle management, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, solutions or equivalent

* Experience in Requirements Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and digital continuity from MBSE to Electrical Engineering is a plus

* Services & consulting experience, structured way of working, motivation for consultancy, and quality awareness

* Technical leadership in engagement with customers

* Very good comprehensive technical understanding of customer expectations and objectives

* Experience working within a project delivery lifecycle

* For customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship will be considered for this role

* Customer-oriented appearance and communication skills

* Very good English Language skills in speaking and writing

* Able to travel domestically and internationally

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $120,000 and $130,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
