Hourly Pay Range: $19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Phlebotomist II - per diem - hours variable Location: Northwest Community Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Resource, per diem Hours: Monday-Friday, hours vary; week-ends and rotating holidays Required Travel: Yes What you will need: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Basic knowledge of computer systems required. Certification in approved school of phlebotomy or equivalent preferred. Current CPR certification or must obtain within 6 months of employment. ASCP certification or equivalent is preferred. If responsible for collecting Nursing Homes, must possess a valid Illinois class "D" driver's license and satisfy the annual Drivers Motor Vehicle verification review.
