Qualifications: For bio approval, the SRG shall meet the following qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen/TCN, as specified in the TO. Must demonstrate Level 2 English language proficiency. Must possess one (1) of the following: A minimum of five (5) years of military, law enforcement, or armed commercial guard force supervisory experience, specifically including physical security and access control matters; or five (5) years of armed guard experience on WPS III or any of its predecessor contracts. Three (3) years of ERT/QRF experience on WPS II or WPS III; or One (1) year of SL experience under WPS III or any of its predecessor contracts. Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1, Position Descriptions, Section 1.2.C.
