Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive safety and training expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive teammates. You'll develop and support the Training Plan under 49CFR-Part 243 regulations, making a significant impact on the safety and compliance of our operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Safety, Risk Management), maintain documentation of training and qualifications, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Ensuring contract compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and with SCRRA Standards, Rules, Regulations and Policies,



  • Cultivating a safety culture for staff awareness on Rules, Regulations and Safety Standards,



  • Responding immediately to conditions and initiating care for employees, documenting, and investigating incidents and accidents,



  • Participating in and attending Authority Safety committee meetings, Root Cause Analysis and close out




All about you

  • Knowledge of Federal Regulations Parts 200-299, CPUC Regulations, and CAL/OSHA regulations,



  • Degree in technical or safety related field or equivalent experience,



  • A certification in ASP (Associate Safety Professional) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) is preferable,



  • Familiarity with developing and delivering training curriculum and programs

Pay Range:

$88,480.00 to $132,720.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
