We seek an Exotics Licensed Veterinary Technician as a valuable member of a team devoted to providing optimal medical care for exotic patients, the selected individual will be responsible for patient care, client care, and student education. The Exotic patient care needs commence at 7:00am necessitating flexibility with early morning schedules. What qualifications are required?

The Cornell University Hospital for Animals provides 24-hour care for pets 365 days of the year. The schedule for this position requires flexibility to ensure that adequate patient care and service needs are provided without interruption or exception. Schedule may include University and calendar holiday coverage to meet business needs. Cross-training with other services to support business continuity will be expected as time/business need allows. If business needs change, a position/individual may be realigned within the CUHA to a different shift or service. What's in it for you?
