CNA - Skilled Nursing

80 hours/pay period, 2:15P - 10:45P, $3.00/hour evening shift differential

Join our team at CVPH in Plattsburgh as a Full-Time Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)! Provide exceptional care to a small group of 34 residents. Evening shifts offer a $3 shift differential in addition to base pay, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 12 months, available to external candidates only).

• Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor residents' condition and report any changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and document care.

• Current New York State CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience or nurse aide training preferred.
