Eastern IL Ag Retail Tuition Reimbursement Program - Bloomington, Warrensburg, Dewitt, Minier, Kansas, Dwight, Sullivan, Wenona, Metcalf, Dana, Macon, Danville, Cerro Gordo, Fairbury, Hoopeston, Paxton, Sheldon, Sidney or Onarga, IL Nutrien's Eastern IL Ag Retail Tuition Reimbursement Programis available to students currently enrolled in a 2-year program with interest in becoming a Custom Applicator or Operator with Nutrien Ag Solutions Eastern Illinois Division. Students must live within a 30-mile radius of the Eastern Illinois Division. The intention of this scholarship is for the student to transition into full-time employment with Nutrien Ag Solutions upon completion of a 2-year program. This program may be discontinued at any time by Nutrien Ag Solutions. Who can apply? Students currently enrolled in a 2-year program with interest in becoming a Custom Applicator or Operator with Nutrien Ag Solutions Eastern Illinois Division. Eligible educational institutions include Parkland College, Lake Land College, Heartland Community College, Joliet Junior College, Danville Area Community College, Illinois Valley Community College and Lincoln Land Community College. Eligible programs are Applicator Technician, Ag Retail Operations, Agriculture, Precision Agronomy, Ag Production Management, and other related programs. Eligible program must be at least two years duration and lead to an associate degree at the post-secondary school level. Student must be enrolled full-time to qualify. What you will do:

Compensation & Benefits: The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure. The salary estimate for the Internship role in Illinois is $15.00 - $18.50 per hour.Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid sick days and holidays as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program. A Student or Intern role does not participate in any retirement savings or incentive programs. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations, as necessary.
