Could you be the full-time onsite Project Industrial Manager in New Castle, DE, US we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the robust application of industrialization processes and standards for maintenance, renovation/modernization, or warranty activity at the Depot, Repair Centre, or Production site(s) to secure production deliverables. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management), manage Tools & Industrial data, and much more. We'll look to you for: - Identifying industrial means required to perform the component repair / overhaul operations, as well as key competencies - Evaluating CAPEX and OPEX to perform the operations - Evaluating the workload for industrialization, manufacturing and testing - Defining industrial PIO., and industrial Layouts Once a Component Repair / overhaul project is started, the Project Industrial Manager for CRO will support the set-up of the activity (facility set up, layout, training people) and will ensure the development of the industrialization in order to respect the delivery of component on Time, at committed costs and with the right level of Quality.
