Your Team, Your Impact The Global Senior Director of Indirect Procurement will lead and develop Marvell's global indirect procurement strategy, focusing on optimizing and standardizing procurement policies, sourcing processes, supplier relationships, supplier management, and cost savings for non-product-related services and goods. This role will oversee global procurement activities across categories such as IT, Capex, CAD/EDA tools, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Professional Services, and Logistics, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and budget targets.The Senior Director will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and executive leadership, leveraging industry best practices to deliver strategic sourcing solutions, improve supplier relationships, and drive long-term value for Marvell. What We're Looking For
Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 173,730 - 260,300, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
