Senior IT Project Manager - Cincinnati, OH 100% onsite position in downtown Cincinnati We are seeking experienced Senior IT Project Managers for long-term opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional IT Project Management, with knowledge of regulations and compliance processes related to product launches. While experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred, it is not required. The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives, acting as the single point of contact for each project. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, scope management, communication, issue/risk management, resource allocation, vendor management, budgeting, and quality assurance. The Project Manager will guide projects through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Key Responsibilities: Submit and manage project change requests for scope, schedule, and budget revisions. Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders and leadership. Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation, metrics, and budgets. Ensure successful project delivery following PMO standards and guidelines. Train, mentor, and model best practices for project management methodologies. Facilitate process improvement and change management initiatives. Coordinate resource planning and provide feedback to program leads. Manage project assumptions, risks, and issues, ensuring clarity and action plans. Oversee project plans, milestones, and deliverables, updating as needed. Qualifications: Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation experience. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence and direct teams. Experience maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines. Expertise in documenting processes and activities with strong written communication. Professional development in project management (certifications preferred).
